Legendary jazz vets with a new playmate. Niels Abild has run his own band named Kansas City Stompers since 1951. It's now 2017, and the bandleader is still on the road with his seasoned musicians. The clarinettist and saxophonist from Southern Jutland has always managed to assemble a team for solving diverse tasks while showcasing their skill. This year, the band is joined by the amazing bassoonist Nikolai Bøgelund, who is taking a break from his world tour with Lukas Graham, as well as saxophonist Niels 'Flipper' Stuart who is known and loved for his virtuosic playing style.
