Boiling jazz cauldrons – and magic in the air. The first Friday concert at VinDanmark will be set off with a proper magic bang as the quintet Busters Verden fires up the cauldrons. The two excellent and energetic brass players Scott Westh on trumpet and Jacob Danielsen on tenor saxophone will make the magic happen. The rhythm section, which consists of Thomas Madsen on drums, Thomas Sejthen on double bass, and Morten Haugshøj on guitar, is in a league of its own. Look forward to a diverse concert with a wide-ranging repertoire ranging from 'Kind-of Blue-jazz' to modern jazz and original tunes. And who knows if Thomas Madsen, who is also a very capable crooner in addition to drumming, will be convinced to sing a song or two. It's gonna be magical.
