Duo collaboration between two Aarhus musicians who know each other well. The Aarhus jazz scene has been strongly represented both domestically and abroad in recent years. This is partly due to the two musicians Jens Mikkel Madsen and Alex Jønsson, who have become noted for different work, but often in the same band. They have played together in I Think You're Awesome, Alex Jønsson Trio, and with Live Foyn Friis. In other words, they know each other fairly well, and this becomes obvious when you hear them live. The two musicians will perform in a duo constellation in the Bispejazz tent during this year's jazz festival. The concert will feature a mix of their own material and jazz standards.
