Pianist Christian Balvig has been noted as a composer and arranger, and works with big orchestras such as Copenhagen Philharmonics and Det Norske Blåsensemble. In this trio, he gets to really show his worth as a pianist. Frederik Bülow on drums is the trio's anchor. From the most energetic and interactive passages to intense silence. He has plenty of work on the Nordic jazz scene due to his in-depth knowledge of a wide range of music and grooves, e.g., afro beat, Balkan, jazz, folk, and rock. Adrian Christensen on bass completes the band's sound. He has a very modern jazz sound and plenty of afro in his drive. His sound and groove will take jazz to new places.
