Sing along on treasured Danish children's songs

Sangskattekisten plays the good old children's song such as Hjulene på bussen, Jeg gik mig over sø og land and I en skov en hytte lå. They deliver a wonderful concert experience with swinging music that activates young and old with song, rhythm, and movement.

The band's gifted jazz musicians deliver great music for the younger demographic and the concert is suitable for ages 0-7 and accompanying adults.

Sangskattekisten started as a language stimulation project at Aarhus Music School and institutions throughout the municipality continue to benefit from musical language stimulation through courses offered by the school.

Sangskattekisten has produced a number of very popular videos with musical cartoons on Youtube, which have gathered more than 30 million views.
