Modern arrangements of famous jazz standards
Briand / Bille / Stefansson Trio consists of three young musicians who met at Skurup Folkhögskola in Sweden, where they studied jazz.
The trio plays modern arrangements of famous jazz standards. They focus on improvisation and being in the moment with their audience. Bringing the music to new places but without sacrificing tradition.
Over the course of the year, the trio as built a strong musical and interpersonal relationship, which is reflected in their music.
