Hunting with their guard up - on the prowl and in hibernation

The sound of Fauna Fem is both simple and complicated, unpretentious and meticulously put together.

They hunt with their guard up, on the prowl and in hibernation, in a pack or on their own, on the trail and in hiding.

Fauna Fem is the brand new project of drummer and composer Andreas Skamby, who comes out of his cave and experiences the light of day as part of Aarhus Jazz Festival.

The band includes four additional musicians, who know Andreas Skamby and play with him in other constellations, including I Think You're Awesome, Alex Jønsson Trio, and Bagland (NOMAD).
