Aarhus Jazz Festival presents Summer Jazz 2020

The Aarhus Jazz Festival has decided to present Summer Jazz 2020. The jazz activities that can be held during the normal jazz festival period 11-18 July are gathered here.

Many things will be different this year due to covid-19, but the Aarhus Jazz Festival and our organizers are working hard to find solutions so that as many jazz activities as possible can be carried out, which comply with the rules set forth by the gorvernment.

Right now, many are waiting for what the announcement from the authorities will be up to June 8 regarding phase 3 of the reopening of the country. Therefore, a program for Summer Jazz 2020 can only be announced during June. The program will be available on the website and on the following apps: AarhusGuiden and Live Jazz (Jazz Denmark).

A new poster for Summer Jazz 2020 has been produced. It is made by musician and graphic artist Simon Eskildsen, who won last year's Aarhus Jazz Talent 2019.
