Critically acclaimed Canadian singer backed by a strong group from Aarhus. For the first time, Aarhus Jazz Festival has the pleasure to present the Canadian singer Laura Crema to Aarhus' jazz fans. The critically acclaimed singer has performed all over Canada and a few European countries for the last few years, often in collaboration with local group and musicians. This will also be the case during this show, as she is joined by a group of musicians from Aarhus consisting of pianist Mads Bærenzten, bass player Peter Vuust, and the city's new rising drum star, the young Mikkel Vuust. The repertoire is a mix of standards arranged by Crema, covers, and a few original tunes.
