A personal and uncompromising mix of genres. Jeppe Zeeberg is a pianist and composer, and one of the stars of the young Danish experimental scene. He is known for his solo work and as part of the septet House Orchestra. The American magazine All About Jazz called his style 'A beautiful, convincing proposal for how modern jazz or contemporary music may sound'. In other words, a personal, uncompromising mix of genres based on tight composition and free improvisation. His third album The Four Seasons was released this year in May. For this concert, Jeppe Zeeberg performs with two of his most trusted musical companions. Casper Nyvang Raks is one of the strongest jazz bass players in the young part of the scene. Rune Lohse is known for his uncompromising style in New Kids and House Orchestra. Hold on tight, it's going to be exhilarating and surprising.
