International-grade performer and artist

True to tradition, the tent will also be visited by Denmark's greatest tenor saxophonist Jesper Thilo in 2019.

He is both an international-grade artist and a terrific performer who has managed to become renowned in every corner of the jazz landscape.

With him in Aarhus Jazz Club, he has a trio that will effortlessly and confidently follow him on a voyage of discovery in the world of notes.

Pianist Palle Juul-Hansen is a very experienced musician, known as a member of Kansas City Stompers through many years. 

Bass player Adrian Christensen is the newcomer on stage and has built a reputation for a swinging and dynamic style, both with local acts and internationally.

The drummer and idea designer Jørn Okbo completes the picture of a swinging, outgoing unit.
