Super bassist leads this night's jam
Monday's jam session will be hosted by the versatile Aarhus super bassist Jens Mikkel Madsen.
On a daily basis, Jens Mikkel Madsen plays bass in bands such as Kasper Staub Trio, Alex Jønssøn Trio, Live Foyn Friis, I Think You're Awesome and Fabel. He has won the JazzNytPrisen, Young Nordic Jazz Comets Solistpris and came in 2nd place for Young Jazz Composer of the Year in 2018.
He is featured on more than 35 releases in Denmark and abroad and is a prominent figure on the young Danish jazz scene.
