We have heard poetry accompanied by a jazz band, but what happens if we settle for a single instrument? When a double bass meets a notebook in a smoke-filled bar?
Jazz musicians Thomas Munk-Petersen and author Søren Gehlert Schmidt have set out to answer this question in this exclusive Bass & Poetry project, where poetry and notes meet in a dynamic and melancholic pas de deux under the Aarhus summer sky.
