Jakob A og de sidste is an Aarhus-based beat band, which, in musical terms, looks back towards the 70's distinctions between people, blues and rock, while the lyrical universe remains contemporary and boundless, rising above today's foolishness and platitudes.
Though the band does not consist of spring chickens, and the band members have a lot of musical mileage in their legs, they are still quite young and are currently in the process of recording their first EP Farvel / / Far vel!
As a solo artist, Jakob A has released the concept album Lyder som en drøm and the EP Oprop / / Oprør! – the first part of the EP trilogy Oprop / Oprør!, Farvel / Far vel! and Flygtning / Fremmed!
