Irene Becker and Pierre Dørge are known from the New Jungle Orchestra, which has toured in more than 50 countries.

Benita Haastrup's inventive and meditative battery of drums and percussion has also been around the world. She has played Love notes from the madhouse with John Tchicai and the significant American poet Yusef Komunyakaa, and she is one of the "Sophisticated Ladies" that you might sometimes be lucky enough to run into on the Danish jazz scene.

Together, they form Den Kosmiske Trio and and unfold a never before seen or heard universe of sound alongside the poet Peter Laugesen, which with its unpredictable frigate guitars, trumpet cones, abstract sound landscapes, deep blues, pulsating drums and changing lyrical pictures can make a modern jungle break cheeringly through the asphalt and forever change the foundation of cities.
