Young duo takes on selected jazz standards
Anton Langebæk has a busy jazz season in Copenhagen this year, where the imaginative young bassist plays an important role in the young jazz scene, performing all over the city, from Montmartre to Søhesten.
Pierre Saint-Germier, who currently lives in Paris, has been an active pianist on the jazz scene in Aarhus in recent years and is excited to be back in town for the jazz festival.
At this special event at Café Gammestedet, the duo render their own versions of a selection of standards and explore the possibilities of improvisation and interaction along the way.
