A creative force of nature

With their refreshing and undogmatic blend of jazz, indie, country, afro, and pop, I Think You're Awesome have played sold-out shows all over the country, been played 1,400 times on the radio, and reached half a million stream over their ten-year existence.

They have collaborated with the likes of Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, Taïga String Quartet, Jakob Buchanan, Røgsignal, Christian Vuust, and Ole Fessor Lindgren.

In 2020, they are set for no less than three releases, showing off their playful approach to all types of music.

They have collaborated with Berlin-based Taïga String Quartet, who mix Nordic sounds, minimalist classical music, jazz, and electronica in a life-affirming melting pot.

There is the collaboration with Signe Bisgaard and Aarhus Jazz Orchestra in the reimagining of the band's DMA nominated album Kiss Your Darlings.

Then, there is the collaboration with songwriter Thomas Madsen, showcasing the band's love for creative pop music with added solos and improvised elements.

In other words, I Think You're Awesome is a creative force of nature who challenge and delight through their love for music.

Event information
The concert takes place in the foyer of Musikhuset for a seated audience. The maximum capacity is 330, ensuring sufficient space between audiences. Groups are allowed to sit together.

The entrance is located by Musikhuset's cafe with a separate exit. Guests will receive a designated seat in the foyer before entering Musikhuset. Guests are asked to follow the signs as well as instructions by the staff upon arrival.

Drinks are available in the Musikhuset cafe before the show starts.

Guests are encouraged to arrive in good time in order to avoid lines.
