Funky jazz with groove and energy

Ladies Be Good is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a concert. The trio is a close, concerted unit consisting of three of Aarhus' best musicians.

In the front is guitarist Morten Haugshøj, who, with inspiration from such diverse guitarists as Jonathan Kreisberg and Wes Montgomery, has developed his own personal style and left a big impression on the Danish jazz scene.

Morten Haugshøj's blues and funk-based notes are competently backed up by the experienced and seasoned rhythm duo Peter Friis and Ulrik Bisgaard, who have followed each other in countless jazz constellations.

The band guarantees outgoing, minimalist funky jazz with lots of groove and energy.
