An improvised trio consisting of Mette Hommel on flute, Alfred Lykke on guitar, and Jeppe Hjøllund on trumpet delivers sonic examinations that can leave you bruised.

Alfred Lykke is a guitarist and composer. He is active in the experimental and free improvisation scene and plays in the Natlyst group. In 2018, he won Skivelegatet for a rhythmic soloist for DKK 35,000, which he has spent teaching and playing with, among others, Julian Lage, Axel Dörner, and Chris Heenan.

Mette Hommel is a flute player and composer. She works with several different genres and concert arrangements as a soloist and with different ensembles. She has played with both rhythmic and classical singers, baroque ensembles, big bands, symphony orchestras, jazz, alternative pop, and folk musicians. She also composes and arranges music for her trio Hummingbird. She enjoys experimenting on the flute to create special atmospheres.

Jeppe Hjøllund is a trumpet player and composer from Aarhus. Among other things, he has made his mark with his quintet KLOKKE and Johannes Gammelgaard's ABC as well as the improvisational collective Kalas, where he is a founding member and organizer. Most recently, in 2020, he released his debut album Hjem Til Det Grå with KLOKKE. As a composer, he tries to reconcile the familiar and the unexpected, and as a trumpet player, he pushes the present tonal and technical limitations of the instrument.
