Curious and cutting-edge music

With their refreshing and undogmatic mix of jazz, indie, country, afro, and pop, the band has played sold-out concerts throughout Denmark over its more than 10-year lifespan. This evening, they return to Atlas in Aarhus.

They have been nominated for DMA Jazz several times, have been played more than 1,500 times on DR P8 Jazz, had more than 800,000 streams on Spotify, and received the Jazznyt-award based on the publications Books and Books Live.

In 2020, as a follow-up to their 10-year anniversary in 2019, they managed to put out no less than three new releases that showed different collaborations with the classical string quartet Taïga, singer / songwriter Thomas Madsen, and the big band Aarhus Jazz Orchestra.

I Think You’re Awesome is curious, cutting-edge music is filled with great vibes. Energetic and inviting live shows with lots of virtuosity and a unique band sound.

At this special concert, which is arranged in collaboration with Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, the band will be joined by the three brass players Kati Brien, Jakob Sørensen, and Cesar Joaniquet.
