Meditative and instrumental roots reggae

Guiding Star Orchestra is a collective of musicians who are passionate about playing instrumental roots reggae music with a deep, meditative, and at the same time outgoing vibration. This evening they visit Atlas in Aarhus.

Their first single Upfull Melody has been played by several of the biggest European sound systems, including King Shiloh and Blackboard Jungle. In addition, the legendary English DJ David Rodigan has repeatedly played Guiding Star in his radio program on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

All Guiding Star's releases are recorded 100 percent analogously without the ability to edit the musical performances. This creates a space for you to focus on the most important thing in about music – namely its entirety!
