Crisp vocals and trumpet – groovy guitar

It is now a tradition that the duo Dayyani / Haugshøj with singer Camilla Dayyani and guitarist Morten Haugshøj plays  during the jazz festival – this time together with Claus Højensgård on trumpet. 

Jazz singer Camilla Dayyani sings with fervor and warmth that always captures the stories of the songs. With her melodic sense, she gives lyrics new life. In the delicate trio ensemble without bass and drums, the music is rich in ambiance.

The style will be a mix of jazz standards and Camilla Dayyani's own material. An attractive concert with crisp vocal and trumpet tones, tied together by groovy guitar playing, is in the works.
