Swinging Finale for Aarhus Jazz Festival 2023
For this concert – in all likelihood the last concert at this year's jazz festival – we close in style as the sublime Aarhus saxophonist Finn Odderskov offers up a proper round of swing jazz on this Sunday afternoon at Hantwerk.
He'll be joined by two other local Aarhus heroes in the form of the well-swinging bassist Peter Friis and the groovy and rock-solid Jesper Bo Knudsen on drums.
To spice up the music with quirky tones, energy, and soft chords en masse, you get the festival's busiest musician, the ubiquitous jazz guitarist Morten Haugshøj.
