The members' multicultural backgrounds add depth while Orhan Özgür's enchanting saz melodies tie it all together. Ipek Yolu currently consists of Orhan Özgur (Saz), Olaf Brinch (Bass), Frederik Emil Bülow (Drums), and Jon Døssing Bendixen (Keys). 

These musicians have played in bands as diverse as Hudna, Sorten Muld, Junglelyd, Abekejser, Clapper Music, and AddisAbabaBand - and it shows! The music has something for both body and mind, guaranteeing to get the dance floor going as dance-friendly grooves mix with catchy Saz melodies and scorching synthesizer solos. Frederik Emil Bülow is known from the Aarhus Jazz scene and won a Danish Music Award in 2014 with his band Bangin' Bülows Nice Jazz Quartet. Jon Døssing Bendixen is known for bands like Abekejser.
