Armed with dance-friendly rhythms and free improvisation, Kemaca Kinetic takes you to the frontier of music and beyond.

The power trio Kemaca Kinetic puts on an electrifying and powerful show. This uncompromising Danish trio presents a unique repertoire of jazz and groove with hypnotic rhythms and enchanting melodies.

Kemaca Kinetic consists of two young wonders of the Danish jazz scene: hip-hop drum machine Matias Fischer and guitar phenomenon Casper Hejlesen, who works with established composer and bassist Kenneth Dahl Knudsen. Kemaca Kinetic first performed publicly at a virtual concert at Blue Note Beijing in April 2021 and has since released three singles and played over 20 concerts in Denmark, Lithuania, Germany, and France.

Kemaca Kinetic has explored ancient folk music and modern mathematics, searching these untapped reservoirs of knowledge to find a way to develop a musical language. But it's one thing to research and theorize about musical DNA – it's another to bring the musical mammoth to life, roaring and wild.

That is the experiment you can experience at a Kemaca Kinetic concert. And that's why they only need one last component before they venture out – YOU, the listener! Will you join Kemaca Kinetic as they explore the frontiers of music?
