Slow, Heavy, and Intense

KosmiK KloK plays slow, heavy, and yet at times frenetic Doom-Stoner-Jazz. 

KosmiK KloK made their debut in June 2021, after which they were immediately booked for a concert at Pumpehuset during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. They recorded their debut album in the fall of 2022, which will be released on LP in December 2023

Maria Bertel tours nationally and internationally with the groups Selvhenter, The Big Yes, Nina Garcia & Maria Bertel Duo, KosmiK KloK, and G.E.K. (Gud er kvinde), as well as with her solo project. 

Tanja Vesterbye Jessen is a guitarist and producer. She navigates a shifting field between ambient surfaces, heavy riffs, poppy melodies, and noisy feedback. When not performing solo, she can be heard in FISSE and Distortion Girls.

Christian Rønn plays keyboards, electronics, and piano in several, primarily experimental, contexts. As a keyboard player, he has been compared to Sun Ra, Keith Jarret, and Cecil Taylor, among others.
