Emmeluth/Jakobsen/Ringøen is a well put together, playful, and colorful trio.

The music is new Nordic jazz, which is deeply inspired by Nordic nature. It exudes the musicians' presence and sonic imagery. The listener is taken far into the forest to a trickling brook, which moves between moss-covered stones, out into the clear winter cold, and around a glistening forest lake.

The concert offers a mix of original music and the musicians' favorite standards, which tell beautiful stories.
