Musical Friends Cover Jazz Favorites

Paolo de Jesus Maido is a young trumpet player from Aalborg, Denmark, who has been studying at the renowned jazz school JIB, Jazz-Institut Berlin, since 2022.

For Aarhus Jazz Festival 2023, Paolo de Jesus has returned home with his "friends" to contribute to the festival by swinging away.

Paolo de Jesus & Friends is a group of pals from near and far that Paolo has met on his musical journey to Berlin. From Aalborg, Sweden, and Berlin, Paolo has brought the most talented music companions he knows to play a show.

The repertoire consists of some of the band's favorite jazz standards, which they will explore together and add some musical twists.
