Familiar Jazz Tunes Delivered with Intensity and Nerve

Outstanding musicians interpret select jazz standards in a modern and energetic vibe in which rhythmic shifts and melodic digressions thrive in a grandiose style.

There will be plenty of intensity and nerve with the Slovakian virtuoso and award-winning saxophonist Nikola Bankov, who is a must-see.

The rhythm section consists of Jens Mikkel Madsen, whose band I Think You're Awesome has broken the sound barrier in Danish jazz, and drummer Jesper Bo Knudsen, known from the Uffe Steen Trio, among others. The crisp chords are provided by the energetic guitarist Morten Haugshøj.
