Swinging Jazz Synergy

A concert with the Fryland / Kiel / Hagelskjær / Dayyani quartet features the swinging jazz synergy between the young jazz talents Samuel Kiel, Gustav Hagelskjær, Carlo Dayyani, and Danish trumpet legend Thomas Fryland. 

The younger members of the quartet have recently studied at the music conservatories in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Paris to explore and get in touch with the European jazz scene.  

Thomas Fryland is a masterful trumpet player who has been at the top of the Danish jazz scene for many years, playing with legends such as Niels Henning Ørsted Pedersen, Kenny Drew, and Toots Thielemans. 

The quartet will play a set of the coolest, prettiest, and finest compositions from the traditional jazz and bebop repertoire.
