Curtis Stigers is announced as the first headliner at this summer's jazz festival, where you can experience him with Aarhus Jazz Orchestra at the jazz gala in Musikhuset

For the summer jazz gala on 9 July 2023 19.30, the Aarhus Jazz Orchestra and Curtis Stigers take the audience on a musical journey through Stiger's own songs, with a few detours to Sinatra and American music history. In the company of Aarhus Jazz Orchestra he rolls out the swinging repertoire and welcomes you to an evening of crooner jazz from the very top shelf.

The jazz gala in Musikhuset during Aarhus Jazz Festival is a unique experience every year. Curtis Stigers joins the list of big international names who, together with the Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, have kicked off the jazz festival in Musikhuset Aarhus. Eliane Elias, Caro Emerald, Melody Gardot, Jamie Cullum and David Sanborn have previously performed with the Aarhus Jazz Orchestra.
