The trio loves groove, swing, and nerve with an emphasis on ensemble, interaction, and the unpredictable. The repertoire will be a mix of swinging jazz standards, funky grooves, and Kwella's songs. The three musicians have been part of the Aarhus jazz scene for 30 years, and their combined 90 years of experience create an intense ensemble and contemporary expression.

Jens Christian Kwella recently released a new album, GuitarRama Jazzical, featuring new music for electric and classical guitar. He has an extensive resume and has played with stars such as Curtis Steigers (US), Randy Brecker (US), Marc Johnson (US), and Eliane Elias (BR).

Peter Friis is one of the most popular bass players in Aarhus and has played with Jesper Thilo, Finn Odderskov, Trio Before, and many others.

Jesper Bo Knudsen is one of the most experienced and tasteful drummers on the Aarhus scene and plays in Uffe Steen's trio.
