Danish Jazz Drummer Showcases New York Talent
The young jazz drummer from Vejle, Nikolaj Bangsgaard, has made a name for himself in the New York jazz scene over the past two years. During his time in the capital of jazz, Nikolaj has played and performed with many incredible musicians from around the world.
This afternoon, he presents two up-and-coming talents from the New York jazz scene: guitarist Miles Mindlin and tenor saxophonist David Truilo. They are two young musicians on their way to an international breakthrough.
This evening, the international group presents an honest take on what jazz might sound like in 2024.
