Family Concert with Sille and Palle in Musikhusparken

Join us for a wonderful family concert with Sille and Palle in Musikhusparken. Sille Grønberg and Palle Windfeldt are two of Denmark's most experienced performers when it comes to children's concerts. They have written the music for Ramasjang's popular children's program Rosa fra Rouladegade and Minisjang's brand new animation series Lille Tut. The duo has played together for 34 years and performs more than 100 shows a year.

For this year's jazz festival, Sille and Palle invite you to a festive family concert where children and adults can dance and sing along to songs from the Minisjang series Little Tut, old classics from the treasure trove of Danish children's music - and spontaneous melodies that emerge along the way.

Sille and Palle have previously performed at Aarhus Jazz Festival with great success. Aarhus Jazz Festival has said about the concert:

“From the first moment, they had the large crowd of children and adults in the palms of their hands and played their way through a captivating show that never lost its breath.”

The concert is aimed at 2-8-year-olds and their families, so take the whole family by the hand, put on your dancing shoes, and prepare to be enchanted by Sille and Palles' musical adventures on the lawn in front of KISSA in Musikhusparken. It will be a festive afternoon under the open sky, with plenty of room for playing, singing, and fun!

Musikhuset Swings at Aarhus Jazz Festival

True to tradition, Aarhus Jazz Orchestra and Musikhuset Aarhus invite you to Musikhuset Swings at Aarhus Jazz Festival.

Musikhuset Swings takes place from July 12-19 with great jazz performances in and around Musikhuset and in front of KISSA in Musikhusparken from Denmark and abroad. Look forward to lots of great free live jazz, ticketed concerts with sublime jazz names, and lots of good vibes.

Musikhuset Swings is a continuation of Ridehuset Swinger, which Aarhus Jazz Orchestra has organized for more than 30 years, and which moved into Musikhuset in 2022 due to the new construction in front of ARoS.
