7.30 pm: Concert with Finn Odderskov & Kwella
Finn Odderskov is a living legend in Danish jazz, who for more than 50 years has played with countless different bands, ranging from traditional jazz to swing to more modern jazz.
As a sideman, he has played with musicians such as Charlie Shavers, Clark Terry, Roffe Ericson, Thad Jones, Leroy Jones, Phil Woods, Bud Freeman, Dexter Gordon, and Ben Webster.

Finn Odderskov has received the Gaffelprisen award in 1983, Fatterprisen, Jazzpris Silkeborg in 2007, and the Ben Webster Honorary Award in 2019.

For this concert, he is backed by Kwella, who is one of Denmark's finest guitarists, and about whom the critics have written:
"Kwella is an extremely experienced and driven guitarist who has a strong technical foundation to stand on, and therefore he has the calm and skill to perfectly balance technique, empathy, and intimacy".

Together, they will interpret jazz and swing classics in an intense and intimate ensemble with both humor and sincerity.
