Pianist Niels Nørager and saxophonist Jens Chr. "Chappe" Jensen have played together for many years in various constellations and contexts, including Interplay Jazz Quartet. In recent years, they have cultivated the duo format, which is freer and opens up other possibilities.
The duo plays Niels Nørager's evocative and melodic compositions, and the music moves within the Nordic, lyrical tone.
The duo released the album Sunflower in 2023.
