Kwella has put together a trio that loves groove, swing and vigour. Teamwork and the unexpected also play a large role. The repertoire is a mix of swinging jazz standards and original grooves. The musicians are known from a number of leading bands and have released several CDs. Kwella impressed the critics once again with his latest album, Closer.
