What’s a real jazz festival without the blues? In a way jazz and blues are inseparable, and especially hard to resist when American blues-harp legend James Harman is in town – with Denmark’s finest blues back-up band as icing on the cake. Harman performs on Peter Nande Band’s two latest CDs with sublime results. The group includes no less than two winners of the Danish Best Blues Name award, namely Peter Nande, himself, and Tim Lothar, in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
