Young, Impulsive, and Spontaneous – with Respect for Jazz Tradition

JesusDayyani is a young and exuberant jazz quartet. The members of the group are rooted in the Danish jazz scene and are now based in Berlin and Aarhus respectively.  

The group plays a diverse set consisting of original compositions as well as select tunes from the universal jazz repertoire. The band strives to emphasize its ability to develop music collectively as if they were a single organism, but also to highlight the members' respective soloist personalities. 

At the concert, one can look forward to an experience in which the skillful musicians express themselves with youthful impulse and spontaneity, which in no way undermines their deep respect for the tradition in which they are rooted.
