This trio is characterised by a power-packed approach to the use of the Hammond organ. The music blends jazz, blues, afro-beat, rock, Arabic-sounding scales, catchy tunes and a drive that can send the most timid feet out on the dance floor. The group’s raw sound is more like that of The Doors than a jazz trio and, in spite of the variety of styles, the band creates its own tight, recognizable sound.
