A Magical Burst of Energy

Over the past few years, Nausia has carved out its own niche on the Danish music scene by combining a unique blend of free jazz and krautrock, among other things, in a beautiful relationship between melodic repetition and spiritual outbursts.

The current Roskilde band delivers an unparalleled burst of energy that leaves the audience both moved and blown away.

After their concert at SPOT Festival 2022, legendary Rolling Stone writer David Fricke said: "It's hard to beat this one."

Danish magazine Undertoner gave the band five stars and wrote in a concert review:

"Nausia really manages to pull you out of your own body to a place where there is nothing but now. (...) If you're into spiritual jazz, Nausia is definitely one of the most exciting names you can find within the country's borders. With a bold line under spiritual".

The band released their second album Good Intentions in late 2022, which has garnered praise from critics at home and abroad. Gaffa, for example, awarded the album five stars.
